Love this skirt. It's very comfy and easy to wear with a range of dressy and casual tops.
Pheonix Skirt
I'm a true size 12. The Size 10 fit perfectly but the elastic waist band was too tight to trust. The Size 12 waistband was perfect but the skirt was too full making me look larger than what my hips actually are which is not a good thing. I bought for a trip to Mexico and didn't wear it once. Unfortunately I don't think I will wear this much at all.

Perfect length for back to school
Love the fit and length... heavier weight than I was expecting, so will be great for winter too over tights and with boots etc. I sized down on this one but would definitely wear both sizes. Loved it so much I got the lighter weight version too!
