Everyone needs a good white blouse and this is a perfect option. With the laddering and velvet stripe details, the Riley blouse is a cut above a plain white shirt. I have yet to wear it, however I just know I will be wearing it a lot over the coming spring months. I would say the white is more of a slight off-white rather than a crisp clean white. But it still looks great.
