When I saw a pjoto of another VIP wearing this skirt, I knew she had to be mine. The outstanding feature is the combination of glorious colours. Every top I own works with this beauty. She is made from and lined with cotton so breathable on these hot days. Elastic waist makes for great comfort. Love and wear this so much.
