I do a lot of my ordering via phone and email and I find Jenna S at Takapuna incredibly helpful and any question I do have is promptly answered. The process is always quick and hassle free. If the item I am looking for isn't in stock she always points me in the right direction. I am rural but fast delivery and parcel is always wrapped beautifully.

Staff in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly Jenna. The store was very clean and laid out well showcasing all the amazing colours that Augustine is well known for. Nothing was ever an issue for the staff, I must have tried on about 15 items and each time Jenna ensured I was comfortable (with sizes and styles etc). Will definitely be back for more!

Sizing actually accurate!
Helped me find what I was looking for, shoes in dressing room if required, play area for kids if required and sizing actually accurate! Also dress is gorgeous and looked as lovely on me as it did on mannequin.

The whole experience in store was amazing
From walking in to a beautiful smell to the amazing choice of beautiful clothes. The best thing for me was the changing booth as the curtain was amazing heavy fabric with a magnet to hold together :-) love love the children's area also ... the decor ... the list goes on

This was my first trip to your Takapuna store and I must say I was so impressed with your range of gorgeous, sparkly and colourful garments. Your staff were friendly and extremely helpful in advising me on a range of different looks, it was so much fun trying new styles on. Your staff have such good rapport, it was like shopping with close girlfriends! I have shopped at your other stores and they have all been the same fantastic quality and consistent with staff, service and products. Well done for providing us with something the New Zealand fashion market needs and thank you so much because I am so excited to go out and about now, wearing my new dazzling purchases! Seriously, you are nailing it.
The clothes are beautiful, and the staff in the Takapuna branch make you feel really comfortable and relaxed. I am not a great shopper, i struggle to choose a great outfit. I arrived last night at 4:30pm (the first time i could get sometime away from the house and my daughter and hubby). Now i planned to spend some money in the 1hour the shop was still open. Normally in the mall, you can feel that the shop employees are over it at this time, with only an hour to go. Well, this was not the case last night, the ladies were amazing to me, and i walked away with items i would never have bought if i was choosing alone. I spent a fortune for me, but this morning im still smiling. Thank you xx
